I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being the closing keynote speaker for te Society of Government Meeting Professional Annual Education Conference held in Orlando, Florida, May21-25, 2003.

Getting Results: At the annual party, I had the outgoing President on the stage with me and Randy Bush, the Executive Director, photographed the moment. Randy then presented him with a "BLOWN UP" picture of us on stage. The President stated to Randy that he's as proud as a peacock to have the photo in the center of his "TROPHY WALL!" And that's what it's all about!:

It was a great performance and capped off what some are calling the best convention we've ever had. In 11 years of hiring such acts, I have never had such an immediate and positive response from our members!

The Referral: Don Graham was referred to me by a great gal who saw me perform at VSAE. He contacted me with the following situation:
